During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), processing times may be extended to 3 business days due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

We offer competitive shipping rates and a free shipping promotion for eligible orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

2.1 Free Shipping Eligibility

• Standard shipping is free for all orders with a total value of $200 USD or more (before taxes and discounts).
• Free shipping applies to all eligible destinations worldwide (see Section 3 for shipping destinations).
• Express shipping is not included in the free shipping promotion; additional fees apply for expedited delivery.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund (subject to carrier investigation results).

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
