All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), processing times may be extended to 3 business days due to high order volume.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We offer competitive shipping rates and a free shipping promotion for eligible orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
2.1 Free Shipping Eligibility
- Standard shipping is free for all orders with a total value of $200 USD or more (before taxes and discounts).
- Free shipping applies to all eligible destinations worldwide (see Section 3 for shipping destinations).
- Express shipping is not included in the free shipping promotion; additional fees apply for expedited delivery.

- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Please note that we do not ship to countries with trade restrictions or where shipping services are unavailable. If your country is not listed, please contact us for more information.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. All times are estimates and do not include order processing time:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
5. Customs & Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information on import regulations and fees before placing your order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our site (if applicable).
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund (subject to carrier investigation results).
Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
